Acceptable Use
Last updated: July 2026
This policy sets the ground rules for how findlove.ng may be used. It works together with our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Breaking it can lead to content being removed, or to your account being limited or closed.
Content you may not post
- Anything illegal, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any content that endangers a minor. We report this to the authorities.
- Nudity or explicit sexual content in profiles and public areas.
- Photos that are not you, are heavily edited to mislead, or that use another person’s pictures.
- Hate, harassment, threats, or content that attacks people for their tribe, religion, gender, or body.
- Scams, fraud, requests for money or airtime, and off-platform selling or recruiting.
- Another member’s private details, photos, or messages shared without their consent.
How to treat other people
Be honest about who you are and what you want, take no for an answer, and stop contacting someone who has asked you to stop or blocked you. Do not create accounts to get around a block or a ban, and do not misuse the report tool to target someone you simply disagree with.
Security and the platform
- Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to findlove.ng or other accounts.
- Do not scrape or harvest profiles, photos, or messages.
- Do not use bots or automation to send messages, likes, or sign-ups.
- Report a security issue responsibly through the Contact page before disclosing it.
How we enforce this
Depending on what happened and how serious it is, we may remove content, hide a profile, limit features, suspend, or permanently ban an account, and where required report to the authorities. For serious safety issues we act first to protect people. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you what happened and how to appeal.
Reporting a problem
To report a member or a message, use the report or block option in the app. For anything else, reach us through the Contact page and choose the safety topic.
