Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and findlove.ng, operated by Bolrach Technologies Limited (part of the DaPsalmy Group). By creating a profile or using the app, you accept them. We kept the language plain so you actually know what you are signing up for.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to use findlove.ng. This is an adult dating platform and there are no exceptions. You may hold one account, it must be yours, and the details on it, including your age and photos, must be true. If we find an account belongs to a minor or was set up with someone else’s identity, we remove it.

Dating conduct

Treat people the way you would want to be treated on a first date. Be honest about who you are and what you are looking for, take no for an answer, and keep things respectful even when there is no spark. A real connection starts with basic decency, and that is the standard here.

Prohibited behaviour

The following will get your account suspended or banned:

• Harassment, threats, stalking, or unwanted sexual messages.
• Scams of any kind, including asking matches for money, gifts, airtime, or investment.
• Impersonating another person, a celebrity, or a brand.
• Using a fake identity or someone else’s photos to catfish other members.
• Posting hateful content aimed at anyone’s tribe, religion, or body.
• Spam, off-platform selling, prostitution, or recruiting people into schemes.
• Sharing another member’s private details, photos, or conversations without consent.

Payments and subscriptions

findlove.ng is free to join and use. Plus and Premium are optional paid plans (priced in Naira) that unlock extras like unlimited likes, who liked you, and advanced filters. Payments are processed securely through our own payment rail, BolrachPay. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period so your features do not lapse, and you can turn renewal off at any time from Account then Subscription. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the period you already paid for ends. Since access is granted immediately, part-used periods are generally not refundable except where the law requires it.

Account suspension

We may limit, suspend, or permanently close an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk, and for serious safety issues we act without warning to protect people first. If you believe a decision was a mistake, you can appeal by opening a ticket from the Contact page and our team will review it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be handled by the Nigerian courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
