Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 2026
findlove.ng only works if it feels safe and real. These guidelines are the shared rules that keep it that way. They apply to your profile, your photos, and every message you send. Join us in protecting this space and the people in it.
Respectful communication
Talk to people like they are sitting across from you. Say hello like a human, read their profile before you slide in, and keep it courteous even when the interest is not mutual. Flirting is welcome, pressure is not. If someone asks you to stop or does not reply, let it go and move on.
Zero tolerance
The following have no place here, and accounts that do any of them get removed:
- Harassment, threats, or repeated unwanted contact.
- Financial manipulation, including any request for money, airtime, gifts, or investment from a match.
- Catfishing, or pretending to be someone you are not.
- Fake or heavily misleading photos, including using another person’s pictures.
- Being married or in a relationship while pretending to be single.
- Tribal or religious hate, insults, or slurs of any kind.
- Body shaming or mocking someone’s appearance, weight, or looks.
- Fraud, scams, and schemes of every shape.
Reporting and consequences
If someone crosses a line, report or block them in one tap and our safety team looks into it fast. Depending on what happened, we issue a warning, remove content, suspend the account, or ban the person for good. Serious cases, especially scams and threats, go straight to a ban. You will never be penalised for reporting someone in good faith.
Help us keep it real
Every honest profile and every report makes findlove.ng safer for the next person. Be the kind of member you would want to match with, and if something feels off, trust that instinct and tell us.
